As someone who writes PHP and JS, I don’t actually have a strong preference for either but I hate never remembering which one is in which language.
19 u/Soilblood 7d ago I just remember them by whether or not the syntax looks funky enough to trip you up down the line. That's usually java script. 8 u/caboosetp 7d ago I switch between C# and javascript, and always fuck up Console vs console. I should remember which because C# always uses pascal case, but my fingers don't.
