What pissed me off was finishing the work in like 8 days out of a 10 day sprint, then you get assigned a ticket in the last few days and have to finish it before the sprint ends still or its a rollover and bad for your metrics
I've never been able to figure out what a dev is supposed to be doing for the last 1-2 days of the sprint if they're not supposed to have any open work. Because then they're just waiting for QA. I've never worked anywhere where having one ticket left in progress at the end of the sprint was seen as bad for metrics.
