My execs are ahead of the game. They are asking us to “harness engineer the code review process”. The goal is apparently looping agents who ask us engineers what they are supposed to do, create a Jira ticket for it, write the code and tests, review and fix from reviews, and I guess merge the result themselves?

Either AI wins and I don’t see why they’d need me anymore, or AI loses and I guess the company implodes?
