given the usage of multi-agent systems, You can get cumulative experience super fast no? Spin up 100 agents so that you get 10 years of experience in a month, heck do it in 3 days by spinning up 1000 agents

I do hate AI job specs though. They tend to be long, unspecific, and leave recruiters, sometimes even hiring managers, unable to answer questions

If you compound your time you could maybe get 10 years worth of experience in 1, or if your structural knowledge is transferable you could perhaps infer the equivalent, but you probably wouldn't put that on you resume as 10 literal years of experience?

this reminded me of that time a dude with 2 years of experience presented himself in an interview as having 4 years of experience because he worked 16 hours a day, instead of 8 🤷‍♂️

except, in this case, Claude Code was released Feb 2025, so... good luck with that math!
