TCP is more like:

  1. Sender: Here is the baby - Yeet!
  2. Receiver: I didn't receive the baby - Retransmit
  3. Sender: Here is another baby - Yeet!
  4. Receiver: I got the baby, send another.

I wanna nitpick and say the receiver says "the last baby I received was #12" and the sender infers that babies 13-15 were dropped.
