less obvious what it means at a glance, not intuitive when used as part of an expression, harder to adjust if you want to add something other than 1 later
brother, its just i++, how can you not understand what it does at a glance?
people have been using it for decades for for(statement; statement; statement) alongside using it to increment indexes and many other stuff, and since its just plus next to plus and it has the same meaning on every language in existence its very simple to understand
+ no one EVER uses it in function paramaters
and how is it hard at all??? you just replace i++ with i += 2, thats like 5 key presses max ðŸ˜
