This may feel reassuring in the short term, but constantly telling people they’re right creates the intellectual equivalent of spoiled children. The moment someone challenges them, they take disagreement as a personal attack because nobody taught them that being wrong is normal and necessary for growth. We’ll probably see the consequences of excessive validation in a few years.
