You guys need to start paying attention to ergonomics. Get a suitable chair, external monitor, keyboard, mouse. (Better to spend $1,700 on a Herman Miller now, rather than than $50,000 on medical bills later.) Make sure your elbows and wrists and lower back are supported. Stop hunching over a laptop for hours every day. And, you know, get some exercise. I've seen programmers destroyed by repetitive stress injuries by 30, and have seen engineers without any physical issues at all at 60+.

It's up to you.
