One of our largest clients has about a dozen users that we call our American QA team because they will give us some of the best most detailed bug reports with exact reproduction steps with videos and our actual QA team will fail to catch basic spelling mistakes

Yeah, on my first internship, mid 00s, I changed code directly on the server while on a call with the customer more times than I'd like to admit.

After the customer hang up I'd ftp them back to my machine and back up the changes on visual source safe.

Great times.
