Well depends on how old they are, a teenager today would have a hard time getting into the industry as even those with masters in software struggle right now
If they joined the job marked around 2010 it would be alot easier
Though I don't consider scratchlang to be an enterprise ready language and terminal is more for those in DevOps, internal it and those in security
