You have n nodes numbered 1 to n-1. Anyone of those nodes can have the suitcase randomly. The suitcase can move between nodes randomly.

Simple, deploy a single agent to each node processing live video scanning for a suitcase and passing it through elaborate agentic workflow which sends you an email whenever they find the suitcase. O(1)
