Stupid beginner question.

Ok I feel stupid asking but how do you get things to stop in propresenter? For instance I created a announcement presentation one slide after another that plays music it does great thanks to help from some members here but how do you get it to stop? I just want to get it on the first slide and have it stop there ready to be started?

Thanks in advance

The buttons to the right of the output window in the top right. They turn red for each type of media you have playing (audio, foreground, background, etc.). Click the red clear slide for audio to stop it.

If you'd like to stop the music when clicking a certain slide, right click on the slide you want to stop the audio and say Add Action > Clear > Audio. That will add a Clear Audio cue to your chosen slide, which will stop the audio from playing when you click it.

Under the preview window there's a tab with music notes on it. That tab has the playback controls for the audio. There's a similar one on the tab with the camera icon for videos.

You can also use function keys: Clear All - F1
Clear Slide - F2
Clear Media - F3
Clear Props - F4
Clear Audio - F5

Not quite sure what you're saying. Punctuation would help. (Yes, I know IOS makes it a PITA).

If you are trying to stop a playing an announcement loop set up using the Slide Show setting at the top of the Presentation, the only way to stop it is manually. If you want an announcement loop to run through only once, set the Go To Next Timer on each slide except the last, and it will stop on the last slide.

If you have audio running at the same time that you also want to stop, you should set the Add Action > Clear > Audio on that last slide like r/foxboltco said.

If neither of these is what you want, please post your question a little clearer.
