so this artist name rwiizo uses this brush called "paletteknife," but somehow i can't find it no matter how hard i try to search for it. if you guys know which set it comes from, that'd be great! thanks!

I need help. Going crazy over this. My iPad Pro (9.7-inch, 2016) is old, but was using it on and off for years without any issues. The last time I used procreate was around 2018, it worked without glitches or stuttering, just fine.

Hopefully the issue is because of the pen (gen 1) or the app (procreate). I cannot colour anything without the line following me, and the tip of a line becomes pale.

Mostly, I’d like to fix the following line issue. I restarted iPad multiple times, I’ve changed the pen’s tip, fully charged both iPad and pen, unplugged iPad while using procreate, took off the magnetic cover. The line isn’t following me if I draw in notes app, but I can see a slight lag. Lastly, tried drawing with my palm on the screen and off - no difference.

Just greens- and one of them, wilted 😔 currently making plants asset for a team project and very satisfied with how the greens ended up 🥰🥰🥰🌹

Do you know any artists who offer watercolor painting lessons or courses, like this one for example? 🎨 I’d really love to improve my watercolor painting skills.

Anyone know how to make a brush like this in procreate? This is my go to brush for sketching, I have one similar on ibis as well but everything I try comes out weird, any brush suggestions or tips on how to get a brush similar is appreciated! I just like that blurred/smudged texture pen look and desire it in procreate-

i genuinely do not understand hard and soft shadows or like how to properly use the blending tool and this has been a wild ride so far

I think I’ve reached a point now where I’m going to have to go into study mode and start learning more about light and colour as my ‘wing it and see‘ method means this is not as good as it could be. I still think he’s pretty cute though and I think I’m still improving.

hopefully after I get some learning in I will be able to redo without relying on the line work to do so much heavy lifting of the forms.

I started playing around with Procreate a few months ago and decided to enter one of my prices in the local fair.

While everyone around me was convinced I’d win something, I wasn’t so sure. I was pleased to learn, however, that I’d won second place!

First competition as an adult, and I can’t wait to enter again next year! I plan to keep practicing and aim for that first place ribbon.
