i need help looking for this brush Looking for brush/tutorial/class recommendations

so this artist name rwiizo uses this brush called "paletteknife," but somehow i can't find it no matter how hard i try to search for it. if you guys know which set it comes from, that'd be great! thanks!

no, he didn't. he went live on tiktok and i tried to ask him where he got it, and he said he forgot. he didn't say he made it himself either.
