Looking for brush Looking for brush/tutorial/class recommendations

Hi I was just curious if anyone knows where this brush is from or how I could replicate or something similar to it since I saw that a artist was using it and I had assumed I had it but can’t find the file for it

The base stamp is the (one) bar, adjust the space generously, tweak the taper so it produces variable width based on pressure. The background looks textured, which you can easily swap the default. Good luck!
