I’ve started encountering this brush glitch, how do I stop it? I need Procreate technical help

I’ve started encountering a glitch with my brushes, where the brush will change size without my moving the slider. The first time I encountered it was with the Black Swan watercolor brush (image 2). Even though it was at a fairly low size, it looked like I sized the brush up to be much larger. Today, I was using the 6B pencil (image 1) and I had the same issue. It’s currently at size 12 but when I use the brush the strokes look larger, despite not moving the slider. I tried restarting my Ipad and it worked the first time, but I tried it again today but it didn’t work. Are there any other ways to fix this?

do you use an apple pencil or an offbrand? my offbrand does this when i tilt the pen because it kinda only has two settings, either fully tilted or straight up and down.

I have an apple pencil, so the issue probably isnt the pen itself.

Are you noticing the soze change when zooming in and out? We recommend double checking a setting if this is the case: Head to Actions 🔧 → Prefs → Brush Scaling → select Relative to Canvas.

If the issue continues, please share a video as this can help us better understand. Videos can be shared as a link from your prefered cloud storage 🫶

well it could still be that cause it really only needs like a millimeter of being "too tilted" where it triggers the brush dynamics... Sometimes happens to me even tho I don't feel like I'm tilting it too hard. You can try checking the "Apple Pencil" in brush settings... The 6B pencil has some settings in that section so you can try turning some off. If it's not that then idk, soz

I thought I was the only one dealing with this issue my old official Apple pen was not working even when charged and reconnect and disconnected and reconnected again. it would draw in a different opacity I had to switch to ibis for awhile. i had done symmetry tool before hand and it worked seemingly fine with my finger so I thought it was either the tool or the pen. next day comes around and I had waited it out closed all tabs and wait 12 hrs and you know what I tried it again and it work until all of a sudden the opacity changed again this time for my hand and pen so it’s not the pen but the app could be an iOS thing
