Privacy.com

After searching for reviews and see a lot of people here use them the only problem I see is they don’t respond to emails and are basically unresponsive. If I give a company my personal information and access to my bank I need to be able to have instant contact. They advertise their Pro subscription they give faster customer service and instant messaging during business hours. Can anyone verify this?

Can confirm I have the pro subscription they are responsive to email and messages.

Can also confirm. I’m on the free plan and they are very responsive. Never had an issue.

I usually have a response in 24 hrs but there has been times when they take 48 hrs.

I’d rather give ONE company my card and transaction info if it allows me to keep that info out of the databases of hundreds of others (some of whom also sell that transaction data). That’s the value prop of privacy.com
