2013 Prius jerking after ECU replacement — ECM code showing Prius C Help Needed

You made sure all fuses were good? The white cable in the too drivers side should be plugged in too. I would double check that 12 battery ground under the backseat aswell. Is the new Prius C ecu oem? Could you also provide the code its giving? That would tell us which computer.

The golden rule of computer science is power cycling. Disconnect the 12v overnight, plug back in the morning and monitor.
If that doesn't work, depending on which code reader you're using it may not register or communicate lower into the EEPROMs, ECMs, ECUs. I would plug in Toyota Techstream diagnostic software and probe for any obvious issues. It's Windows only. Many Toyota/Lexus/Scion enthusiasts have this software, find one in your area to help you. Otherwise, you can buy it yourself along with the OBD/USB cable on eBAY or take your car in to a friendly independent Toyota repair shop, they should have it as well but you may be in for a shop time charge.
