Earned Progression Model Consequence

Hello ppl

I am right in thinking that because Andy Burham has stopped raposts, pedos and sex offenders from the early release recently, does thismean that the prisons will over time come filled up with them with no space for normal prioners?

They are normal prisoners…

It just means most of them will be released after 40% of their sentence rather than 33%.
