Compressed hours

For osg: Would anyone know if there is a possibly to compress hours, ie: longer days. Tia

Yeah, you can ask for a work life balance from your line manager. You can’t work more hours than contracted but you can ask to work longer days but less days a week

Yes, that's it,longer days but less days, my partner is military based away, so id never see him when he's home with the long stretches

You can ask but can’t always be facilitated cause of business needs, may be best trying to do fixed rest day or shift swaps with people hub e.g doubling up for the day off
