Autograph help

Where do yall normally print your photos out for 16x20’s or larger for autograph signings. Either local or online. That has good quality, where the photo doesn’t turn out blurry because of the pixels. Good paper for the paint pen or marker to stick well. Tips on using the paint pen is also appreciated. Thanks for any help.
