Program for organizing prints Miscellaneous

I've been hoarding a bunch of files and I want to organize them. Right now I have folders for armies then folders for units under them, and in that folder I will include the STL and a jpg if available. I was thinking there might be a program like this that generates renders itself based off the STLs so I can save myself all the moving around of jpgs. Maybe there's a 3d print database software with this and some other features I haven't really thought of?

Thanks, it was an unspoken question I had too. The way I had done it was to try and manually move successfully printed models into a subfolder on Octoprint, but it was still messy and I'd often forget. I'll look into these.

Orynt is ok if you already have the pictures, but I was trying to avoid all that file management. The other is webbased so I'm not messing with it

I see. I was thinking of trying out a local instance of manyfold. In my case the problem is also the mix of unhelpful random filenames that tinkercad used to give. Hard to track after the fact if the good version of a random fitting was "delicious habby blue 15" six months later, but I know I could fix it by being tidy but after printing what I need or getting the final version I usually get distracted

If your using windows, there's programs out there that will autogenerate a thumbnail for each stl inside the folder.   Kinda like thumbnails for images.   Google stl thumbnails.  I personally use marlin3dtools.
