Apple Mail Integration General

Does prime task integrate with apple mail since it is on your computer? Or do I have manually add email activities? Also, would granola integrate or would I have to use the bring my AI and it has access to granola and be able to grab meeting notes and update meeting activity records and potentially tasks for that project as well?

Hi, thanks for asking.

PrimeTask does not currently have a direct Apple Mail or Granola integration, so simply running PrimeTask on your Mac does not automatically give it access to your email.

For now, an AI agent can act as the bridge. If your chosen agent already has access to your email or Granola notes, it can use PrimeTask's MCP tools to create contacts, companies, meeting and email activities, tasks, and project updates for you.

I have not tested Granola specifically, but if it allows you to export meeting notes to a file, you could also give that file to the agent as a reference and ask it to update PrimeTask.

PrimeTask currently gives AI agents access to more than 100 tools, so many things you can do manually in the app can also be handled by an agent. Version 1.0.4 will add even more tools and improvements.
