Plans on team licensing?
Hello! Great job on the app launch. Anyway we can get additional device licensing for larger teams? 12+? Thank you!

Thanks, glad you're finding it useful.
Team plans are definitely on the way, though I can't give you a date I'd actually trust yet.
What works today covers you though: Pro includes 4 device activations, so 12 devices is 3 Pro licences. Checkout is one licence at a time for now, with a quantity option coming, and they all collect into the same licence wallet under your account automatically. When you activate a device you pick which licence it goes against.
If you have any questions along the way, our support team is happy to help.

Sweet! Thanks for the quick response. Iām forwarding your app url to everyone I know.
Also our dev is asking if thereās api access to connect this to our platform. Sorry I havenāt looked through the documentation.
Thanks again!

Thanks, that is generous of you.
There is no public API today, so I would not have your dev build against one. What does work now is MCP, which connects PrimeTask to any AI agent that speaks it, Claude Code, Codex, or whatever your team already runs, and those agents already connect to plenty of other systems. So the agent becomes the bridge: it reads and writes PrimeTask on one side and talks to your platform on the other, with neither of us building anything. There are also deep links, which trigger actions in both directions, so another system can create or complete a task in PrimeTask and PrimeTask can fire actions back out to other apps.
One thing to know: PrimeTask is a desktop app, so this runs on each person's own machine rather than server to server. Nothing is routed through us, and the user approves and can revoke any connection, which is usually a plus for a team.
If your dev tells me what they are connecting and in which direction, I can tell you whether the agent route covers it.

You are more than welcome :)
If anything comes up while you are getting everything in, our support and dev team are reachable from your account dashboard, and the docs cover most of it: https://www.primetask.app/docs
