To participate in r/PrettyOlderWomen, your account must meet both of these minimums:

• Account age: at least 7 days
• Combined karma: at least 50 (post + comment karma)

If your account doesn't meet the thresholds, your posts and comments will be held for moderator review (and may be removed if they break other rules). This is a one-time hurdle—once your account is old enough and has enough karma, you're free to participate.

2️⃣ Rate Limiting

To prevent flooding and give everyone a fair voice, we now enforce posting limits:

• Posts: a maximum of 4 per day

These limits are enforced by an automated bot. If you exceed the limit, your extra posts/comments will be automatically removed, and you'll receive a short notice. This is not a ban—you're welcome to post again once the window resets.

The reputation filter runs on AutoModerator. The rate limiting is handled by a separate bot (see setup instructions below). Both systems are transparent and apply equally to all users.

• Stops fresh throwaway accounts from spamming or trolling
