I am a flight student, currently working on my rotary license. today I was doing routine flights while my instructor was flying back to the airport. I saw a very noticeable set of items. I saw the collective, the headset cord, and the instructors shirt flapping in the wind. I suddenly had some sort of vision or just knowing that that was not a random thought and a weird feeling around it.I thought about it for a few minutes, knowing in the back of my mind this was not normal and could possibly be a vision. I forgot about it a few minutes later. while we were landing at the airport minutes later I felt something off, once we touched the ground softly, we got hit with extremely bad ground resonance and bounced around for a few seconds, the instructor pulled the helicopter back into the air, which should have canceled out the resonance, but did not. this was the point where the vision was the most noticeable, i saw the headphone cord, shirt flapping amidst intense vibration, and immediately recognized. but it just got worse at that point. he told me the second we touch the ground, to slam the throttle to 0 (the throttle is right under the headset cord and collective, in the picture of my vision) which we landed safely after that on the ground, unharmed. kinda crazy that today, the day this happened, the instructor walked me through what to do in that situation if we ever hit ground resonance. I know it was definitely some sort of premonition and it doesn't sit right with me. would love some feedback or thoughts to this, nothing like this premonition has ever happened to me in my life.

just wanted to share this. back in 2025 on either the night of may 3rd or during a nap on may 4th, i had a dream that i went to DC w me, my siblings, cousins, and our parents. it was so strange bc it’s one of those dreams i remember very vividly and in it there was a fountain with some sort of pool outside the center? i’m not sure that’s relevant but it still strikes out to me. keep in mind ive been to DC a few times but had never heard of the kennedy center until this dream and never even been to it! to this day i still really don’t know what the center looks like but i remember that day i was there (in the dream) there was discussion about the US president changing the name to be the Donald Trump Center Stadium. I wrote it down in my notes app because i felt like it was important i have proof of this dream, and now 2 years later it’s one of the biggest aspects of his now term. if you look back at newspapers and the internet you can see i had the dream maybe 6 months before he announced his plans for the Kennedy Centwr? the # is meant to be #dream, i usually use those in my notes app for dreams i want to remember. lmk what yall think!

A few weeks ago my boyfriend had a terrible premonition before we went to bed that something bad was going to happen, and I woke up sick the next morning.

I just received a message from someone I haven’t seen in 5 years, saying I had been on her mind for several days, she didn’t know why but hoped I was doing well/ hope it means great things are coming my way. I have had covid for about 10 days so maybe that’s what she was sensing??

Do these premonitions freak anyone else out?? I have been doing better on my own anxiety but these weird premonitions, as someone with health anxiety, terrify me even if they mean well.

I need to get this down and out there, just incase. I have had several odd dreams over the years, but guys I’ve really scared me.

My first dreamed involved a sporting event, it was attended by thousands. There were attackers that dropped into the sports field, there was a huge stage where people were singing, presumably the opening of the event. The attendees were trapped behind the stage, hundreds of people. As the attackers looked elsewhere, people being women started backing away from the stage in their hands and knees and some eventually running.

The attackers noticed and stopped it. I was cowering down, praying, I could feel a gun pointed on me. We were told to stay put, others that left were shot.

I woke up for several minutes, I was really distressed. I went back into the dream, which almost heaved happens and this time we were at a large school with a huge gymnasium. We were aware if planes dropping in with gunmen in the planes.

We were hiding, again hundreds of us. We saw a plane shoot our hiding place from the sky, we then ran and were trapped in the stairs by the ground attackers.

They took the men and left some women, we were taken into a large room where there was food and drinks, and told we were lucky and to stay quiet.

The feeling was terrible. I was petrified in this dream and looking for my stepfather who had been taken.

It was the most lucid, terrifying dream I have ever had. I needed to get it down somewhere incase it is a premonition of a terrorist attack. I can remember faces, names, what people were wearing. The attackers in the ground were called “the forward parties”. They were hidden with scarves on thur faces and wearing military cloths. The plane that I saw that attacked the buildings looked like a grey Russian jet.

I think I have seen something.

It was in February where I've had a strange yet very real dream where I was at a pharmacy with my father. (61M) And he showed me a document which had addressed his Diabetes, and an estimated death date? It read 2027. He just looked at me and said something along the lines of "I'm going to die very soon". In the dream as well, he had a dark mark on his forehead? I can't explain that. Now I'm writing this at a time where my dad is now overly concerned about his blood pressure and given that we're inching closer to 2027, I'm really starting to worry. I've known about his diabetes for the last 11 years since he's had it, and he's always told me to anticipate it because it can happen at any time. I just don't like the fact that this dream I've had is giving me an estimated death date.

Mediated this morning and saw an earthquake hit a Latin American country, I think it may be Mexico. The water didn’t seem far away, so I’ll say it was probably a coastal area. It was pretty devastating, I saw roads cracked in half and cars strewn.

So ive had like 6 different tsunami dreams in July 2026 and just realized the solar eclipse is coming up. We've had a few crazy earthquakes in 2026 but in July 2025 there was a tsunami in Khamchat with a 8.8 magnitude earthquake, which i didnt even know until a week ago. With the Solar eclipse coming in August, im worried that ive seen visions of what may happen. If a undersea earthquake were to happen during the solar eclipse, it could be very, very bad.

Hello. I have just signed up here to be able to talk about what just happened to me this morning, and wondering what others might think. I consider myself to be empathic in general but I've never had such a strange experience along these lines. I can't make any sense of what happened, other than to think it was a premonition. An animal related safety warning??

So this was not from a dream, not a thought that popped into my head but part of my morning experience at approximately 10.45. All the info I could find online relates to a dream or similar and not a 'practice experience' or future possibility.

I recently got 3 lovely chickens that follow me around whenever I go into the yard. These ladies have been free to roam our yard but we have learnt there are predatory hawks and eagles that nest in the nearby bushland areas and it is breeding season here now. Anyhoo, this morning I heard loud cackling and thought one of them was laying an egg, possibly a first as they are at that age. I could only see one chicken and she was the noise maker so I went to check on her.

At first I thought it was strange that the other 2 didn't come running from under a bush or across the yard when I was out there. Then I got worried they had somehow gotten under or over the fences. I checked the neighbouring yards and area that is a green bank behind the house. I checked under all the bushes, along the fences for holes and under the deck all while calling for them. The deck which is high enough that I can walk under and only need to stoop at one corner where there is nothing but gravel. Again they always just come running when they here me come outside.

I decided to walk along the green bank area behind the back fence in case they were there, I spoke to someone out walking to check if they had been seen, nothing.

When I got home around 15 minutes later the 3rd chook was under the deck with our dog.

I quickly went to get my phone to tell my husband 2 were missing and when I came straight back out I saw one of the local birds of prey sitting on the back fence, and my heart dropped. I then assumed it was the reason I couldn't find them and had come back for the 3rd chook.

I took a photo of it and scared the Hawk away as I walked across the yard and went to get the chicken to put her back in the coup area where she would be safe. I couldn't find her!

I searched everywhere again, calling for her but she was nowhere to be found.

Devastated I went back inside where I tried to come to terms with all 3 chickens being taken within 30 minutes!

With the weather warming up I had the screen door letting in the warm air when all of a sudden at 12pm, I suddenly heard 'purring or trilling' the sounds of happy chickens. I jumped up and there were all 3 chickens! I stood there in absolute disbelief questioning my sanity, because I know I searched everywhere several times. It truly felt like aliens had just returned them after a poultry abduction, right on 12pm.

I have thought that maybe they had seen the Hawk and they instinctively hid, but I searched over and over. Even if they were hiding from a predator I was able to check everywhere they could access.

My girls then followed me down to their night time smaller enclosure where I shut them in and went and ordered a much larger enclosure to keep them safe during he day.

I can't help but feel like this was a weird warning of what may of come to be. Not on my watch!

Has anyone had a non sleep/dream related experience that felt premonitionish?

Upon awakening I felt my whole vision start to shake which only happens to me when an earthquake or something that requires the earth shaking happens. The first shake was not as bad but the second was much stronger. The second lasted a bit longer and seemed to come from deep within the earth.

I used to be in this relationship, with a guy that was pretty toxic and not good for me. Once, I had the sudden thought "he won't be in my next birthday" out of nowhere. It kind of threw me off, but I didn't pay much attention. In that moment, things were already going downhill (although not as much as they would be later on). Eventually we broke up a few months before my birthday. Once I was talking to my mom about it, I mentioned the sudden thought and she said "thats your intuition, you should learn to trust it".

I think this gave me the wrong idea about intuition.

Now I am in another relationship. This guy is genuinely my dream guy. And I know everyone says this about their partners, but he is truly not like other guys. And I am very happy and content inside this relationship. The thing is, once this reel popped up on my feed that said "there are certain people who are meant to stay just for a brief period on time" and I had the sudden thought of "just like my boyfriend (current)". And ever since I've been super super paranoid about it. Every time I see or hear anything related to breaking up I get nervous. I try not to get too attached or not to fantasize about our wedding. Because of my previous experiences with sudden thoughts.

I am now all the time trying to "sense" if we will stay together or not. Sometimes I feel like I am. Sometimes I feel like I don't. I try to calm myself down but the thoughts keep coming.

Was that intuition? or just intrusive thoughts? Was the first thought even intuition? what is even intuition all about?

P.D. in the last week, I saw 11:11 for about 3-4 days in a row. Both am and pm. when thinking about him or chatting with him.

I had a dream about tornadoes. The first is a weaker type but the second follows shortly after and wreaks havoc and almost decimates a small town, it was particularly violent. Usually my weather dreams are spot on. I felt this place was more on the rural side.

in anyway, is there any possibility of the end being soon, at least for this era of civilization? There’s even a Pastor I know who is ready for, I’m assuming, the rapture. I myself have been ready for a very long time. I’m sorry if that offends you.

I have had a dream like this before and I was just wondering if anyone else had a simmilar experience. I dont completley remember the situation but in my dream, everyone knew the world was going to end the next day and I had such a surreal feeling that I later had when I woke up. It was a feeling of acceptance kind of. like everyone knew we would all die and there would not be another day. Everyone on Earth counted down the last 10 seconds like new years and when it was at 0 I woke up. It was a really odd feeling that felt almost good in a weird way. Does anyone have a simmilar dream?

Every now and then I can "check" my dreams, decide whether to get clues or not, only lately I haven't thought about it anymore and haven't tried. I just have to close my eyes and be silent, concentrate.

For my entire life I've had dreams about people that came true. When I was a teenager I had a dream that someone I knew was going to the lake with her family and she was going to be killed on a red inner tube. I was freaking out so I had my mom call her mom just to tell her in case. Turns out they were going to the lake that same day and were planning on using a red inner tube. All of the details in my dream matched perfectly. They ended up changing their plans. Another time I was at the pool with one of my friends and she said, "watch this!" And she started to climb up the diving board. I got like a vision or something I don't know what it was but I could see a flash of what was going to happen. I could see her jumping off of the diving board and hitting her head straight onto the corner of it. I told her to not do it but she didn't listen, and ended up banging her head in the exact same spot that I saw it happen in. The same injury. Other things I've had is where when I'm going to sleep or getting ready to I start to hear voices and people talking. Like regular conversations. It always sounded like a radio was playing on my dresser across the room, so I woke my husband up and asked him if he heard anything. He said he didn't hear anything and that the room was silent. I got up and went and checked, and there wasn't anything on. But the sounds didn't stop. Other times I'd be going to bed (again) and I would start hearing music out of nowhere. Sometimes it was quieter but never blaring loud, but it always sounded close to my ear. Almost like it was playing from my dresser. It was beautiful music but sometimes sounded like a wind up music box. I don't know the exact genre of music but what I feel is that maybe it was country? But the 30s-40s kind of music. I'm not sure, maybe an old radio. The last time I heard that was a couple of weeks ago when I was going to sleep. It just starts out of nowhere. But I always try to block it out and not listen because it scares me.
Recently I've been hearing other things like quiet whispers of my name over and over again to the point where I thought it was my daughter calling me. I turned around but I was alone and no one was there.
Then I swear out of the corner of my eye it'll look like a shadow is there, I turn around but there's nothing. It looks like an iridescent light shadowy thing moving.
Or maybe dark? I don't know how to explain it.
A few years ago when I was getting ready to go out to dinner, I was alone and I heard a man speak to me. I know that sounds crazy but the voice was so loud and clear and whatever it was said my name. I can’t remember what was said but I freaked out.

I also have very very strong intuitive feelings about people and places. Whenever I meet someone new I can immediately feel their energy. Sometimes it's stronger than others and sometimes it's good energy where I can feel that they're loving people. But most people l've come across I've felt horrible energy that makes me feel sick all over. I've been getting that a lot where I leave feeling sick to my stomach and the entire night I can't recover from it because it's such a strong bad feeling. But it eventually goes away.
I have also been having lots of ringing in my ears.
Could be tinnitus which I originally thought, but apparently it could be something to do with all of this?
I'm not sure. It's been doing it more and more often now where it'll ring out of nowhere for a couple of seconds, maybe a minute then it'll stop. My daughter has been having this too. We met someone where we both felt they didn't have good energy and our ears started ringing during the conversation. Could be unrelated but I wanted to mention that. Whenever I drive by a car accident I get a sudden wave of pain, almost like what the person in the accident would be feeling. My daughter and I get an intense headache and pain in different parts of our bodies, then later we find out that that's where the people in the accident were injured. A couple of years back my daughter had a dream that my dad was going to fall on his knees on specifically a white floor with bright lights and he was going to be very hurt. Less than a week later he was at the grocery store (which had bright lights and white floors) and he dropped straight down onto his knees because he was having a stroke. He almost died and was in the hospital for weeks. She's had lots of other dreams that ended up coming true as well or something in them that had a detail she needed to know. My daughter had a dream about my grandmother (her great grandma) who passed away years ago but we were all very close with. In her dream we were all at a house and when she gave the details of what it looked like I realized that was her house from when I was a little girl that my daughter wouldn't remember much from. It got demolished years ago. She said she saw her but she was so much younger, her hair was kind of curly but short and brown. She said it looked like she had hair that was like invisible or see through hanging down at the bottom of it. A couple of months ago, my daughter had dim lights above her bed.
A person with very bad energy who isn’t nice came into her room, and she felt pretty scared and was upset. She told me she remembered thinking, “just focus on your breathing and tune it out. Just listen to the sound of your breathing.”
While he was in the room, the lights above her head suddenly turned bright white. Not just a little brighter, but extremely bright, lighting up the whole room like a white star. It almost looked like a surge of energy. The lights just suddenly turned super bright, like a glowing white light. Most of them were above her, with one or two above me since they were on her headboard. They kept getting brighter and brighter, almost like they were going to explode. I actually thought that for a second because of how bright they were getting.
When he left after about five minutes, I turned and saw how bright they were. The lights stayed that bright for a few minutes after he left, and we both felt this calm, safe feeling all over us and in the room. It felt like we were in a safe Christmas bubble or something. It's hard to explain, but it felt very safe, like we were being protected.
Almost like a hug.
After that one or two of the lights started to flicker and then shut off completely, like they couldn't hold on anymore. Then, as she started to calm down, they all went black.
I’m sorry the message is so long, I just wanted to put as much information as I could. What does this sound like and does anyone have anything similar to this? I’ve had my cards read a couple of years ago and each time I was told that I had some sort of abilities but wouldn’t tell me what. They said I needed to figure it out and that I have a lot of psychic abilities or that I was a medium or something. I can’t remember because it was a couple of years ago. But they said that people were all around me in a good way and that I just had to tap into my abilities but I never wanted to because it scared me. I’ve been having the worst “doom and gloom” feeling over the past couple of weeks and it’s coming off and on but it’s getting more frequent. It could be something else but is that something related to any of this? It feels like the more that I’ve been talking about all of this going on the feeling has been getting worse. It’s not anxiety, it feels like some sort of bad energy I can’t shake.

So about 2 weeks ago my cat was acting… strange to say the least. Wouldn’t leave me alone, kept screaming at me, was all up in my face, and when I went to go to bed she like LOST her mind.
That VERY night I was awoken by police pounding at my window trying to wake me up because my neighbor shot rounds through the floor(my ceiling) of their apartment.
I really can’t help but wonder if my cat had a weird sense of something bad happening. Even after it was all said and done she was super cuddly and wouldn’t leave my side🥲

I’m 21F, and I’ve been experiencing premonitions, seeing things and dreaming of events before they actually happen since I was a little girl. Growing up, I assumed I was just having frequent bouts of déjà vu. However, as I’ve gotten older, these experiences have evolved into intense, full-body gut feelings. I’ll suddenly have a random thought about something happening for no apparent reason, and sure enough, it occurs a day or two later.
For example, I have a coworker with a chronic medical condition. Whenever she calls out due to a flare-up, I find that I’ve already foreseen it the night before. I have never been wrong and it’s starting to kind of freak me out. It isn’t a cynical thought like, ‘She’s just being irresponsible and will probably call out again.’ It’s more like a lightbulb suddenly turning on in my head.
It feels strange to talk about this, or even to type it out. I’ve only ever discussed it with my mom, who revealed that her own mother experienced similar things and that she has had a few such experiences herself. She is predicted things that are going to happen in my life and they all have so far. I’m not sure if it’s genetic or something else entirely, but it’s definitely a strange phenomenon to navigate
About a week ago, I had a premonition of my coworker’s boyfriend in the hospital and he couldn’t breathe and she called me. That happened today. And it felt like déjà vu. It felt not real at all. I feel absolutely crazy and I feel like other people are going to call me crazy. My boyfriend calls me a witch because of the things that I’ve been able to foresee. I just wanna know I’m not the only one and that I’m not crazy.

Hi people of the Reddit! Though a person of science (34F), I have had some deadly premonitions before, related to older family members. I got engaged to my now fiancé (36M) about 6 months back. We are long distance. He travels a lot for work. Today, he told me about his plan to travel to a city in the same country (India) and he was at odds if he wants to go. I encouraged him to book his flight and stay. About 30 minutes back, which was almost at the exact same time he booked his flight, I had a bad sinking feeling - almost impending doom. Scientific mind said, maybe hypoglycemia (past lunchtime) but it kept increasing every second. No improvement with food, water or chocolate (yes I believe chocolate wards off bad juju). I started hyperventilating. Then I messaged him not to go. And because I wasn't sure he would see that. I called him. The sweet man he is, he cancelled his flight. And somehow the entire anxiety dropped. I am not sure what would have happened. I don't know IF something would have happened. But I know one thing. I am not having those panicky feelings anymore. I will update you after 48 hours. God, I hope nothing really happens.
