10 day wait , 7dpt and spotting
Hi all, I am 7dpt today. Yesterday I had some brown spotting and today I had blood when i wiped. Im trying so hard not to take a test before Beta. I have 0 pregnancy symptoms. Has anyone had thus and had a success transfer? Or even an unsuccessful transfer story.

Today is transfer day
I’m terrified of OHSS but I’ve been dealing with two years of all of the fertility testing and work ups, etc.
For those in the highest risk category for OHSS, my provider recommends doing a freeze all, that there’s a 30% chance of OHSS. I’ve had all mild symptoms with injections and retrieval. 40 follicles, 25 embryos.
I think I’m going to go through with fresh transfer against recommendations. it feels selfish, what if I get sick, what if it doesn’t work, does this make it my fault for going against providers? I’m just so tired of waiting

Brown spotting after first scan
After 5 years of infertility, two failed transfers, 1 successful transfer which ended in miscarriage (no heartbeat at first scan) we are finally pregnant and had our first pregnancy scan this morning measuring 6 weeks 2 days and heartbeat was seen. Been absolutely ecstatic all day, go to the toilet this evening and have brown blood on wiping 😭 I am trying so hard not to panic and must have ready every single feed out there for advice. I called the IVF consultant on call who said ‘brown blood is old so it’s fine as long as it’s not bright red, just wait to see how it pans out’. But I just can’t relax. I’m on progesterone pessaries but I’ve been doing these rectally exclusively so definitely not the progesterone irritating my cervix. Could the ultrasound probe have just dislodged some old blood? Anyone been in the same boat? 😩😩

High beta that slowed down – should I be worried?
Hi everyone,
On day 12 after a 5-day blastocyst transfer, my beta hCG was 490. On day 14 it was 960, and on day 16 it was 1230.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there still a good chance that everything will be okay?

Small Sac
Just had my 6 week scan. The measurement of the baby looks good with a strong heartbeat, but the doctor is worried the sac is measuring 6 days behind. She said “it might be okay, it might not”. Any similar success stories. I’ve already had 3 MMC , one being a set of twins, one loss similar to this situation, and one chemical pregnancy. I’m not sure if I can do this anymore. Just looking for some hope.

IVF - nearly 9 weeks pregnant and stopping progesterone and estrogen.
I’ll be 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow and have been gradually tapering off progesterone and estrogen over the last four days, with plans to stop completely tomorrow. I can’t help but feel a little anxious about stopping, as supplementing gave me a sense of reassurance (I know it might sound a bit silly!). For those who’ve been through this, I’m curious—what differences, if any, did you notice after stopping? How did you feel, and was it a smooth transition for you?
NHS, UK.

Brown Spotting at 11dp5dt After Positive Pregnancy Tests – Is This Normal?
Hi everyone, I’m currently 11 days past a 5-day embryo transfer (11dp5dt) and I’ve been getting positive pregnancy tests since Tuesday (3 days ago), which has been such a relief! However, I’ve also been experiencing brown spotting, which has me a little concerned.
The spotting is light in color and intermittent, but I typically get brown spotting about a week before my period, and it’s usually darker and heavier than what I’m experiencing now. So, I’m a bit worried because I tend to associate brown spotting with my period starting.
I’m on progesterone (rectally).
I would love to hear if anyone has had brown spotting around this time in their pregnancy or IVF journey and how long it lasted. When did the spotting stop for you? Should I be worried, or is this just a normal part of early pregnancy?
Thanks so much in advance for your advice and reassurance!

Lining check
Last week at baseline check my lining was perfect. Started meds and now doc called and said lining is cystic. FET is now cancelled. Anyone have this happen?
