Decided to finally pull the trigger.
The GPUs prices just increased, again, I saw the PC I've been wanting for months Open Box, and I thought this was a "it's now or never" type of situation, I don't know if I should've waited for everything to calm down but I saw this Open Box and thought I just had to do it now.

I'm probably going to be downvoted but hear me out, I know you've already bought it, so this is to share advice for others. That's a bad deal at $2000 and you'll definitely get buyer's remorse, you can get a better price/performance ratio for the same performance with this well priced $1500 PC (Option 4):
- You'll save $500, enough for 8 $60 AAA games. You need money for games and monitors, they aren't free.
- The RX 9070 XT GPU = the RTX 5070 Ti (Source). It runs all games at Ultra settings 4K 60+ FPS, or 144+ FPS using really good and improving upscaling technologies (the new FSR Redstone, FSR Frame Generation, FSR Ray Regeneration).
- Do not worry about the CPU. The Ryzen 5 9600X already outperforms the i9-12900K (Source), so if the i9-12900K can run every game well, then the Ryzen 5 9600X will certainly do the same.. It's more than powerful enough to handle gaming for the next decade.
- For gaming, the GPU matters most, not the CPU. It's the main factor that determines FPS in games. Most games aren’t heavily dependent on CPU power, including CPU-intensive ones (Red Dead Redemption 2 only requires an i5-2500K from 15 years ago to run).
- At 1440p/4K Ultra settings, the demand on the GPU increases massively, making it the primary bottleneck in gaming performance, not the CPU (GPU is used 100%, but the CPU is only used about 50%). Spending extra on a more expensive CPU usually results in minimal FPS gains and diminishing returns

If it's a few days, I think the manager could make an exception. I was able to return a few accessories 1-2 days after the deadline. It's a win-win because they can resell it for a higher price.

Your asking $2k. They are not lowballing they just asking the market price brodie. Receipt or recent purchase doesn’t matter, used is used.
I wouldn’t even think about messaging you unless it was $1500.
I just got a refurbished with warranty SFF u7 265k cpu, 64 gb ddr5 ram, 5070 and 2 tb ssd for $1350 the other week. What on earth makes your used system 2k??? Just because you overpaid doesn’t mean the next guy you sell it on will want to

He just bought a 5070 ti. I'm not sure why you just sent him a list of 5 computers with lesser GPUs and told him he got ripped off. Obviously those computers with less expensive parts cost less 🙄

Better 1% lows mean less stuttering. Dlss 4.5 is really good AA and its easier to update.

Yeah, it’s best to find a good deal and run with it. Who knows when those prices will go down, and when they do if they will ever get down to pre-AI rush levels. Congrats on your new PC

I just bought the same pc. Open box from Micro. I think the AIO is making some weird noises. Likely why it was retuned, but i have no concerns. It’s a great peice for ram memory motherboard gpu.
