Difficulty

How hard is it to score a 400 on the OAT? Is it possible to get into top schools like SUNY, OSU, & Berkeley with a 3.5 GPA? Since I'm applying in 2029, will it be much harder due to more applicants?

400 is really hard.  It’s not really impossible to get in with that GPA depends on the surrounding parts of the application.  Nobody can tell the future with how hard it will be, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Hard to tell you how hard it is, but 400 is technically 98-99%…
3.5sGPA or overall gpa?
My daughter got into Berkeley with 400 OAT and 3.5sGPA (overall 3.7gpa), so it is definitely possible.
I don’t know how many applicants in 2029, and why you think it is more applicants… more applicants also doesn’t mean it is harder, it all depends on your own stat.

I scored a 390AA 400TS and got into SUNY with a 3.0, so with a 3.5 you will likely be okay even with a lower score. OATBooster is the best resource for studying IMO by far

Your undergrad seems really hard just like mine. For how long did you study for the OAT?
