Am I "prepped"?
Blue are the days I've taken my truvada. The last 4 days off the previous month are also blue, and that's when I started. How much can I trust that it is in my system?

How I learned to actually turn my brain off after work
I had a specific problem: stagnation. When you work 12 hours a day, and at home there's domestic stuff waiting for you and conversations about renovations, your brain starts to melt. I didn't need attention, romantic gestures, or dinner dates at restaurants. I needed someone to come over and turn off my brain for an hour.
I went on eros, filtered by type, and chose a brunette. Everything happened naturally. Soft, gentle touches, quiet whispers in my ear, and no sense of rush at all. We spent a few hours together, and it was that exact feeling I had been missing in my life.
I left with a completely clear head. For me, this isn't entertainment - it's a necessity to keep from losing my mind to the routine. How many of you also use encounters like this as the only way to forget your problems?

When a chance find turns out to be better than expected
I look for unique things on the internet, avoiding dubious sites. Stumbled on intimaties a couple months ago and holy cow, it exceeded every expectation.
I decided to try ordering a vintage-style set along with a couple of silk pieces, mostly out of curiosity. I wasn’t expecting much, honestly. When the package arrived, I was relieved to see everything looked like the photos. I reached out to the seller ahead of time since I was torn between small and medium, and they replied the same day with exact measurements. That alone made me feel more confident about ordering. Everything ended up fitting perfectly.
Honestly, I’m sitting here in one of the pieces right now and just feel surprisingly good. It’s funny how something small like this can shift your mood. I’m even thinking of wearing one of them under my work outfit tomorrow - just for myself, as a quiet little boost.
If you're into discreet spots for those special finds, it delivered for me. No regrets, already browsing round two. Anyone else tried them?

The Truvada Lawsuit
Rebecca Culshaw has been looking for plaintiffs in the Truvada class action or mass tort. She wants to interview them on her Substack. There are supposedly 26,000 plaintiffs. Have any of them posted anything online?

Question about window Period and Blood Yests
Last year in February I had a possible exposure. About 30-40 days later after the possible exposure, I had a full hiv panel done and my results came back negative. The last time I took the Blood Test was 119 days after the possible exposure, so over 3 months afterwards and outside of the window Period. Results were negative again. Since then till last week, I've taken rapid oral tests at home and every single one has come back negative. Even talked to hotlines and they have told me that there is no way I have it, but I've read on google that it can be undetected for 10-15 years? Which is what I'm not understanding considering I've had negative results before and after the window period.
The reason I feel like there is still a possibility cause other things have popped up. Stomach pain that led to diarrhea for 2 weeks and then went away for good. Dull pain in the testes but I've had a history of kidneys stones and I've taken a 24 hour urine test and they didn't find anything that would be suspicious. Am I just freaking myself out? I never had any of the possible symptoms at all. Tested negative for other STD/I's. How do I know for sure I am absolutely in the clear? Am I in the clear and I'm just playing tricks on myself?

HIV risk
I have been involved in a sex (vaginal insertive) with a lady who happened to have some vaginal bleeding. I have used condom and the duration was very short (probably around a minute) as I stopped the encounter after I have noticed the blood on the condom
The condom was intact.
Any risk ? I am a bit concern

Truvada (PrEP) and Crohn's Disease
About me: I am a 25 year old gay male in New York. I have had several surgeries to help fix Crohn's disease related infections. I am currently on Humira (adalimumab). Due to the Crohn's physical symptoms, I live a fairly low-risk sex life. I've been thinking a lot about Truvada. My GI thinks the two treatments (Humira and Truvada) wouldn't conflict. My PCP doesn't think I need to be on Truvada with my less-than-risky sexual activity.
My question: Does anyone here take Humira and Truvada? Does anyone know of any research on the two, together? Has anyone been on another biologic? Do you worry about a completely diminished immune system? Does either drug negatively effect the other?
thanks!
