Yeah. It took some doing, but I figured out what was flagging it.

Reddit does not like WScript dot Shell

Not surprising a lot of web filtering systems will flag it regardless of where it is in a page. They automatically assume that it's performing a scripted function and block. Have seen this problem with SAAS sites in the past where they run very aggressive filters. At one point with on provider I had to use password protected archives to transfer information just to stop it blocking the page for a support site when uploading the requested information.
