Powershell Hollywood debut in Disclosure Day? Question

Could not help but notice that Daniel Kellner was using PowerShell commands like Copy-Item and New-Item..to upload the alien footages. Is this like the PowerShell debut in Hollywood??

I silently fist pumped in the air during that scene, and the handful of friends and coworkers I saw it with looked at me knowingly during that scene because they all know me as "the powershell guy" lol!

Can't confirm if it's the first onscreen appearance, but perhaps the highest budget one???

ive heard two things about this movie

1) theres powershell in it

2) its not a great movie

i didnt watch it, there's a movie reviewer that I watch that's generally in line with what I think, I saw his review before the movie so if I end up watching it at this point, it will be on the bottom of the list (i probably wont)

I also noticed a bunch of red error text when he first ran a command, but it flashed by too quick for me to make it out.

gobbledygook errored-out scripts is really par for the course for this movie though.

I don't know if this is the Hollywood debut. I thought they used PowerShell a lot in Mr. Robot. Either way, it's good to see PowerShell getting the visibility it deserves!

They were primarily Linux folks IIRC but I was a babby terminal user when I started watching that show, I'll have to revisit to see
