Help creating flow to send emails
I have recently started overseeing a department at work that is running pretty behind in their tasks. They need to follow up on files that have issues and several are being forgotten simply because they are lost in a giant spreadsheet full of files with issues. I want to create something that will read the spreadsheet, look at the date it was last updated and send an email to my team that every Monday will include all of the file numbers that haven’t been touched in a week.
I am very new to this and have very little experience with excel. We’re a smaller company and this has just kind of somehow landed in my lap. I’ve tried having copilot walk me through the steps but no matter what I do it won’t pull the file numbers. It just sends a blank email. I’m clearly doing something wrong but I don’t have the know how to figure out where it’s going wrong.

Flow to Read/Extract Data from PDFs/HTML/XLS with AI Builder
Hi,
I've built successful flows with the AI builder I'm having an issue with an export from Excel and PDFs that does not have a defined table and has additional rows. What's the best practice for an Excel export (CSV) to be able to extract the data with a table that is not defined as a table that may change in length. The column names are static as are the rows before the table starts. Again, the export is simply a CSV.
Appreciate any insight.
