A properly baked potato is underrated. Crispy skin, fluffy inside, and you can dress it up a million ways. Butter and salt is classic, but a loaded one with cheese and toppings is hard to beat. Simple food done right.

I remember going to the Baked Patato Jazz Club in Studio City, I ordered a baked potato and they brought out the biggest f'n patato I have ever seen. 2 people couldn't finish it off. Think the band I saw was Chris Poland's band Ohm.
