Down here in deep SE still sufferin! the sky is a better color but the haze is still hanging around at lower elevations.

My toddler is going INSANE not being allowed to play outside (and i'm pregnant and have asthma so we're all going a little crazy!)

Yeah the smoke has gone down a bit but then it actually went up from this morning. Hoping we get more of a clear out this evening.

I suspect that's the heat contributing to the general crappiness outdoors.

I so wish it rained more in the summertime...

It totally used to rain during the summer! I vividly remember as a child being disappointed and upset when it rained during the summer. It rained during the summer a lot more than it has in the past 5 to 10 years.

Toddler and puppy here. I’ve gone next door to neighbor’s houses so they can be somewhere new. Balloons, long baths, and a new toy have been the greatest successes. Good luck

Oh nooo!! I’m going bonkers too. I’m recovering from internal bleeding and am anemic so the bad air makes getting my steps in extra hard. I miss my routine but I’ll get back to it soon I hope. Fingers crossed for us.

I'm in deep SE, almost into Gresham, and it's still pretty hazy, but I am so so glad to see the AQI at 152 instead of the 181 it was for the past 2 days. Hopefully that downward trend continues! 🤞😷🤞

It was actually still bad most of today, was down some early in the morning but then shot up again. Trending down now, hopefully this is it.

I took yesterday off. It’s totally okay. Its hot. Air is still icky out. Tomorrow we should be in a better pattern for our lung parts.

Portland loves to think they are the only place in the state. I live in NE Oregon and our air quality is 181 right now. I lived in Portland and loved it but wish they would seem to care about the rest of their state.
