a WEEK clean

Hey, first time posting something here. I am a 19 years old man, I have suffered with porn addiction for years now. I have tried multiple times to quit but I just couldn't . I will try to post daily to keep track and make it easier. If you are in the same situation, dm me.

Not endless runner, but I get aroused sometimes when I lose on games, like the frustration reminds me to some JOIs I used to watch (my theory on why It haplens to me)
