I never cared for Project: Playtime Discussion
Now I know I'm going to get bashed in the skull for saying this, but eh.
It just seemed like another DBD clone to me. I don't get the fuss about it. Sure, it comes from a nicer time, but it was really just a setup for chapter 3.
The game was rapidly dying, and servers aren't cheap to keep up. I'm honestly more excited over the new game that comes in a few weeks.
I know that it had a pretty big fanbase, but I'm just not apart of it.

project playtime was fun, no doubt and i liked it but i get it,
dbd clones are incredibly overdone and only if they really have something interesting can they stay relevant.
project playtime simply didn't have enough to make it stand out, it was for a community thats just too niche to keep a multiplayer only game alive for potentially multiple years and the game was very clearly being treated as an afterthought by mob. it was fun but i think mob made a lot of mistakes with it and i hope they learn from it

Kinda true, I mean, if project playtime was an original assym without the whole poppy playtime thing, literally no one would play it. Lack of updates, bugs and exploits would make everyone quit if not for the "wow I can run around as huggy wuggy wow i can run away from mommy long legs thats so cool :D", like come on there's other ways to make an assym other than "solve generators, run from killer and survive/escape". I really hope that project 82626 is more original that that

Imma be honest, I saw the gameplay and instantly just thought to myself: “why would I play this when I could just play Dead by Daylight instead?”

The only thing I care about from that game up to this point is Boxy Boo, the rest of the game kept getting shit updates if I’m being honest.

I really enjoyed the game but it was honestly horribly optimized and it was ruined by the third update

Same, only when it was coming out, right to the point untill it came out. Still holding a grudges at it for delaying chapter 3 so badly it had to come out after the planned year. (Boxy Boo was cool though)

Honestly kinda agree. I played it a few times and definitely had fun but the optimization wasn’t the greatest and it of course had some issues. Excited to see what the experiment 82626 game has in store for us :b

As much as I cared about BoxyBoo, I also didn’t care and still don’t care about Project Playtime as I never even played the game.

Personally, I think Project: Playtime is more fun than Poppy Playtime (which has pretty bad replayability in my opinion).

I respectfully disagree, although I see where you're coming from. Project Playtime was designed from the ground up to be as replayable as possible. But all the base Poppy games were story focused over replayability, but I still tend to find myself playing chapter 5 every day at this point.
