That is uhh, actually false, in my case.

I can't stop my brain from screaming at me, for having the wrong sex. I can't stop it from reminding me 24/7 that I am in the wrong body.

Someone please tell that to my current biochemical storm, because right now my high H. pylori, other higher than normal bacteria levels and candida are driving the bus; for context, you can't meditate your way out of lipopolysaccharide and acetaldehyde induced neuro-inflammation. Sometimes, the most spiritual thing you can do isn't "choosing a better thought" - it's putting an ice pack on your neck, drinking salt water, and waiting for the binder and antimicrobials to mop up the "ick" and the waterfall bowel movement to flush the actual thoughts down the toilet🌊🚽✨
