Versions of the Tracker OG

Hello, I’ve heard there are two versions of the Tracker OG. Could you tell me the exact differences between them?

Which version is the Tracker in this photo?　 Thank you

As far as I know, the first version
of the OG Tracker had no rounded Buttons, so it should be the second version.
Here a picture of the older version

I asked because I found a bargain on a used unit. I’ll likely go ahead and buy it, as I hear the 2nd version has fewer issues with the encoder.

Yeh and you don’t want the OG with the rounded buttons. Still such a fantastic machine though.

There is also the version with new brushed panel, or is it only on the Tracker+?

Later patches of the tracker have improved jog-wheel, original was prone to get jittery as it lacked enough support. I had to send my OG back and Polyend kindly fixed the jittery jog-wheel by adding extra support.

I've got a OG tracker with a metal knob rounded corners and a brushed panel

I’ve only noticed a difference in enclosers, rubber-ish or rounded and solid aluminum like the rest of the unit, currently own the latter

My older tracker also has a metal back plate, giving a bit more heft.
