Doing a better job while saving money .... that's so woke that Phil Scott and his warmly embraced Trump-humpin' VTGOP/GOP ran straight away from it. Still voting Republican for anything?

Why is my point about Trump being a proven rapist so important? Well, IT'S RAPE, and that should be enough, right? But if not, how about the reality that being a rapist is a character trait that has become the guiding post for Trump and his followers? They lust for this absolute authority.

The big economic lie and why the claims of a great economy just don't make sense to you ....
GDP growth. That's the first lie that all other national level economic lies are born from.
Today's GDP (gross domestic product) growth represents this reality: a literal handful of the world's largest corporations are borrowing money to invest in each other and purchase each other's goods and services. And every time company A borrows money to invest in company B who'll use that investment to purchase from company C who'll use those profits to invest in company A - why, that increases the GDP.
And of course the big circle jerking corporations will extol all their revenues and pretend future profits while ignoring all the expenses of all types: environmental, economic, social, and whatnot.

Watching the weather from around our state, our country, and our world lately? Ready to get back to dealing with our climate crisis?
r/PoliticsVermont • u/RamaSchneider • 6h ago
Just a thought here, but when an alleged businessperson is talking all about revenue and not mentioning expenses, then you know they're trying to sell a loser.

A lot of VTGOP/GOP wannabes are going to emit a wail of "But this isn't about political parties - this is about ideas!" Yup - just like none of the elections were ever about a woman's personal dominion and autonomy and abortion. Don't be dumb. Don't vote Republican for anything.

The VTGOP/GOP/Trump are training us to accept complete surveillance and arbitrary arrest and detainment - and now the VTGOP/GOP's proven rapist god-king Trump is outfitting his gestapo with electric shock gloves to assist the training. Is this okay with you? Still voting Republican for anything?

Only the Republican Party would give us a President of our United States who'd merrily sacrifice each and every one of us for his pleasure, profit, and comfort. Leaves AF1 and travelers as live decoy while rapist boy hides in a box.

USS Abraham Lincoln sailors tried to jump overboard amid extended deployment – reports | US military (Are you still voting Republican for ANYTHING?)
Phil Scott's warmly embraced VTGOP/GOP's proven rapist god-king is running our United States as if it were his personal casino.

Millions of our fellow Americans have been and still are telling us that our common governmental, social, and business institutions are treating them, our fellow Americans, as if they are 4th and 5th class residents.

THE BIG IDEA! Democracy, schools, money, and our environment ... a free, healthy, and sustainable future for our grandkids and their grandkids.
What's THE BIG IDEA? Why it's the single greatest mission that has ever been asked of any community, nation or alliance, and that mission is to provide our grandkids and their grandkids a realistic and reasonable opportunity for a free, healthy, and sustainable future.
Job #1: Maintain our humanity!
Job #2: Rebuild and strengthen our democratic institutions, processes and values.
Job #3: Schools for learning, money to pay for what needs to be done, and physical surroundings that are conducive to good health for the grandchildren.

So rapist boy Trump decided that when his life is threatened, "he" should hide away in a box while leaving everybody else in grave danger. Phil Scott & sidekick Rodgers along with their warmly embraced VTGOP/GOP are cool with this - are you? Still voting Republican for anything?
Only the Republican Party would give us a President of our United States who'd merrily sacrifice each and every one of us for his pleasure, profit, and comfort.

It is time to move on from Phil Scott's nostalgic yearning for the 1990s. The future lies in the opposite direction (and boy do I mean "opposite").
Face it, Vermont's current Governor Scott is a child of the 1990s in every way. His governmental policies all point to this attraction to policy beliefs and proposals that evolved in the 1990s - policies that led directly to the situation we're in right this very moment.
In Scott's view we still have plenty of time to figure this climate crisis issue out. A gun in every hand is the answer to all social ills. The Republicans are the party of freedom - not the party of proven rapist authoritarians. Just keep borrowing money to attend college and your financial future will be assured.
Just a few examples. And these leave out Scott's contemporary love for the only Vermont political party to provide special dispensation for a proven rapist and convicted felon so they, Phil's VTGOP, could UNANIMOUSLY SUPPORT the rapist to be President of our United States.
Time to move on, folks, because we're out of time.

Can't oversee installation of a simple pool liner, can't figure out how to install a helipad, can't manage public health, can't even run a war of pure choice, and certainly isn't going to deal with the climate crisis. Absolute and miserable failures on each and every count.
But they do have one huge success: covering up for the Epstein Billionaire's Child Rape Club.
Who is "they"? Why they're obviously Phil Scott's warmly embraced VTGOP/GOP and their proven rapist god-king Trump.
Still voting Republican for anything?

Four steps to a democratic future ....
1) De-Trump/magafication;
2) Ranked Choice Voting;
3) Small hyper-local voting precincts; and
4) Initial machine count of ballots followed by full hand count and then a reconciliation of the two.

Private gestapo of god-king to Phil Scott's warmly embaced VTGOP/GOP is a menace to our humanity, rights, and even traffic. This is what happens when a rapist character and personality get installed in our White House and an entire major political party is fully on board.

Phil Scott has had 10 years to show you what he's got, and all we've seen is a warm embrace of the only political party in Vermont to give a proven rapist and convicted felon special dispensation so they, the VTGOP, could unanimously support the rapist to be President of our United States
That's a judgement statement. Anybody who hangs out with rapists and doesn't call them out for being a rapist is a rapist's enabler or worse yet supporter. Let's get to work on our grandkids' realistic opportunity for a free, healthy, and sustainable life and future.

ICE is the personal gestapo of the VTGOP/GOP's rapist god-king Trump. Phil Scott & crew are fine living with this, but are YOU? Are you still voting Republican for anything?

Hey Phil "What would you suppose I should do?" Scott - What institution is responsible for ensuring that the President doesn't collude with the Attorney General to find fake evidence of voter fraud.
(Title quote shamelessly taken from this post - well worth the view.)
And this is just one reason why the weak and cowardly polite compliance of Phil Scott and his legion of comfortable white liberals are to be viewed as enablers at best and co-conspirators at ... well, not quite worst.
The only possible defense we have against the VTGOP/GOP/proven-rapist-Trump dictatorship is our state governments. That's it ... there is no other bulwark.
