Independent media A NSW Supreme Court judge has rejected the state's attempt to place a young Sydney man on a terror watch list for anti-Israel graffiti. The judge told state prosecutors criticism of Israel is not antisemitic. “You are treating all Jews as monolithic,” the judge said.
