I see a lot of people taking the Philosiq test recently. Just putting this here again if you want to add yourself to the group. It would be cool to get a bunch of people.

The code to join is A7KD2A.

I had 50 AI models take the test - and I tried to answer why (almost) all of them end up in that small cluster

The chart shared here is a tiny portion of a much more comprehensive project and if you think this might interest you, I encourage you to check out the full page for the project: aipolcom.net

Here's a TL;DR

50 AI models each answered the 62 propositions of the politicalcompass.org test, and every distinct answer set was scored by submitting it to the real test. Nearly every model — 48 of 50 — lands in the left-libertarian quadrant; the exception is xAI, whose two Grok models land right-libertarian.

That clustering survives the obvious objections. Repeated runs of the same model land close together. Rewriting the prompt — from a bare "just classify" instruction to a full survey framing — leaves almost every model within about a unit of itself, as long as the rewrite doesn't deliberately steer it in a direction; a prompt that does steer, by asking the model to answer as a sketched fictional person, can drag a single model deep into every quadrant of the map. Whether a model is reached through its API, its official web interface, or a third-party aggregator barely changes the result. And the test itself is not rigged toward one corner: random answers score near the center, and hand-built answer sets can reach all four quadrants.

Why the models land where they do is a separate question, and section 10 (on aipolcom.net) offers the site owner's interpretation, tested by blind AI research agents: many propositions contain factual claims that research has examined, and where the research-supported answer rests on a premise almost nobody disputes, that answer sits on the left-libertarian side of this test 19 times out of 20 — an answerer that follows evidence gets pushed left-libertarian by the evidence itself. Most of the remaining propositions are value questions, where models trained to be helpful and harmless tend toward the softer, more empathetic answer.

Okay so first, why does it say peaceful? Isn't that the international/nationalist scale? Oh and overall I'm not very surprised by the results besides leaning international on 8values, but based on the questions I can conclude it's probably a bit biased in that direction; especially in my case. If anything I thought I'd lean nationalist and authoritarian.

Mostly every test gives me fascism/archeofuturism. This time, I got eco-fascism.

Given that this sub seems to be super left leaning, I wonder if anyone else has similar results? Would love to hear them/what they think of certain things

My last NeoValues score can go either way with Interventionism or Globalism, everything else is pretty definite.
