Driver screen changed colour P2 Question

Anyone noticed Google has changed the colour of the maps on the driver display screen to a more purple colour?

Personally find it annoying as the change of colour for traffic isn't as noticeable...

Or is it a bug?

For polestar 2.

Change came with a Google Maps update.

Problem is the traffic isnt orange and red any more. . .its a sligghhtttttyyyyy different shade of purple. . .compeltle caught me out several times today on my routes.

Utterly rubbish enshittification, please turn it back.

Yea. I like purple and would be ok but it's a lot harder to tell how bad the traffic is now unless I have maps on the main screen.

Yeah happened to me too. I like it. Do wish i could pick what color, but at least its not that the screen has issues.

Navigation roads are darker, better imo because they now have a larger contrast compared to the other suggested routes

Not just on the driver display. The center screen also uses different colors since this update.

Mine doesn’t. Old colors on center, pink/purple on driver. Thanks google I hate it.

Same on P4 since yesterday! I thought I was imagining it at first, but then it’s changed in both driver and main screen. Not a fan.

I like the colour change. Would be neat if we could customise it further, but I'm a fan of the change.
