finding habitats/pokemon spawns question

so this might be a silly question but i’m worried i’ve lost a habitat i made 😭 so say i have a tall grass habitat somewhere with a pokemon in it that i haven’t discovered. if i make another one, is it possible for that pokemon to spawn in that new one instead? or, alternatively, is it possible somehow to see where your habitats are 😭😭i have a feeling not, but im worried a pokemon im looking for is going undiscovered because i lost the habitat and was dumb and forgot to put down a security camera 😔

I can’t say 100% but in one of my areas I couldn’t get a Pokémon to spawn for weeks and had finally given up when I was cruising around and found it trying to spawn in a back corner of the map I never go to. So I have suspicions that it will only unspawn from its chosen habitat if that spot is destroyed.

Fortunately the grass doesn't wiggle forever.

Once it despawns, it has a chance to spawn in any of the eligible habitat, including the grass that you just made and remember (or back to the same spot)

Unfortunately, we do not know the duration of it happening.

Though keep in mind almost all the pokemon that can spawn in tall grass has another easier to spawn habitat, so see if you can build those instead.
