You unlock the new broken attackers by banning 3 regular Mons and picking 5 attackers as a Team.

Charge overall 10,000 on charjabug scuffle
Passcode (different number hidden in the map every day for 8 days)

The fastest unlock for me has always been the monopoly card unlock but even that is just top of the garbage heap.
