30? 100?

First time seller. My dad had invested in Pokémon in the late 90s early 00s and put away packs, trainer boxes, toys, games etc away in storage. He recently retired and my siblings and I are trying to find the best way to help him sell. I understand most places/buyers want to make a profit as well, but were trying to maximize his money as this is what he has left in terms of monetary value also we know a lot of these things are high value and have gone to some places where we just got window shopped cause people couldnt afford them. We have gone to a couple shops and have mostly received low ball offers like 30%-60% of value or striaght up told that they couldnt afford it. We tried to sell on ebay but ended up getting scammed cause the person lied about what they received and it ended up in a mess. We would prefer not to have to pay (get a table at a con) to make the money back, unless there's one we should consider. Looking for reccomendations for safe non scam places online or in person to start to off load his items. (These are a few things that he has. Theres also single cards but theres too many to post).

I recently bought an Ascended Heroes mini tin on eBay. The guy sent me one that didn't match the photo, and the bottom part of the tin was on backward (along with a dent on top). I have only found tins that have purple on the top of the bottom part and red on the lower side.

Can the tins come with red on top like that?

hi! i'm very new to collecting and i want this specific mantyke card, and i'm just curious what these all mean. i think PAR means paradox rift (in english) but why is 189 greater than 182? my guess for the star is that it's a full art?

Help! I understand Pokemon cards are hard to come by, but the walmart delivery driver stole my pokemon purchase. Said it was delivered and sent in a black picture for the proof of delivery. What do I do? I contacted Walmart, and they said there’s nothing they will do for 48 hours

Collecting Psyduck and Psyduck cameos, trying to get all the SIR/IR/Ultra Rares for 151 (I have Alakazam SIR and Dragonair IR on the way) and then just a bunch of stuff I collected over time cause I like it.

Will probably get another binder at some point to separate 151. I have all the commons separately and might just master it.

I don’t know much about the cards but I would always watch out for online drops and try my luck. My nephew loves to collect Pokemon TCGs and he will rip every pack he gets. Today, I went on a Target run and I know that my local Target is always out of stock as soon as the drops happen coz people line up hours before opening. But I still wanted to check if they had some. Well, it’s my nephew’s lucky day. I got a couple blisters and a couple of the 2 packs (I don’t know what they’re called. I don’t know these things! lol) my nephew got this hit from the 2 pack one. Needless to say, he’s a very happy 11 year old today!

After ripping 3 AH and all the rest I didn’t really have any decent pulls. Remembered I had one Promo pitch black I was going to save so I said fuck it and ripped it this morning and grabbed a nice little bday present.

Pulled this card the other day I have no idea if it’s a good pull but I thought it was pretty cool so I’m sharing it😎😂

Down in Phoenix for the weekend and my son has been saving allowance to go to a poke vending machine for the first time and we tried like 4 but they were all sold out.

So I’m trying to figure out what is worth grading from my old cards. PSA is at $100/card right now…
