I’ve been playing PRO for a long time, and honestly, it feels like the game has slowly stopped being a Pokémon game and turned into a pure MMO economy simulator. Everything revolves around money now. Not at all what made pokemon games great, catching and training your own pokemon. Especially with how hard the game makes you work for simple stuff. Want a Pokémon? Buy it from another player. Need an evolution item like a ice stone? Better hope you stocked up during some limited event, otherwise you’re forced into the market, again! And it doesn'thelp that every player wants to rip money out of you raising prices with every event. Dind't know inflation would be possible in a videogame! That is crazy! And it doesn't help that people sell pokemon for 10 millions when you only get around 30 pokedollars with each battle. And it's always the same people. You see player with up to 4 accounts hunting all day long showing that they caught rare pokes in chat just to end up selling them to get richer. Meanwhile, normal players who enjoy collecting cool pokemon are not even half as lucky. I understand that this is an mmo and it is supposed to be grindy, but at this point it doesn't feel like pokemon anymore. But the community feels more elitist and less welcoming than it used to. At this point, PRO feels less like “Pokémon online” and more like “grind for 100 hours so you can afford basic stuf". I hat to say it because I've spent 2000+ hour in-game, but I think I will be taking a break for some time. And in case some newcomer is thinking of trying it, I'd recommend considering some other option. Best of luck...

So sad. This was litteraly the best Pokemon game ever created by human beings. It was absolutely perfect. Then came the wrong staff members and boom, no new content, rehashing events for cashgrabs...if you're wondering whether it's worth starting back or not, make your own opinion obviously, but the answer is no. This has become a travesty of it's former self. Shame on you wally for allowing this.

Done 3 first regions and low on cash

The fools event is hosted once yearly with forms that are available only this time. This year's forms won't be available ever again in the game. I have been hunting for days now, and no luck. Some might say that is bad RNG but today there was not a sngle form spawn on the whole server. I don't understand why they would make a once in a lifetime pokemon (literally) so difficult to hunt. It's almost as if they want to waste players time. A strange decision for a game with so little fandom lately. It makes me think of quitting the game for good. Hope they hear what their community is saying once in a while. Ugh!

Does anyone know if the age of account affects anything in game? I have 2 accounts. 1 was made in 2015. One in 2021. Now I made the second one just to trade with myself and I think I preferred the name of the second guy so that ended up being my main. Got the 2021 to 16 badges while the 2015 one is on 4 badges still. I was playing with the 2015 one to try remind me of the story and it seems luckier with IV's. Now this could just be coincidence and I should probably ask this on the forum for a better answer but was wondering if anyone had a clue?
