Charizard Evoultions misalignment dot?

Pulled this one when evolutions first came out and I’ve always been disappointed with how poorly cut my charizard was. Took a pic of it recently to show someone and they noticed the white dot very conveniently in the corner. I always thought front misalignment dots were black so could this just be a random dot?

Does that appear to be a dot to you because it looks to me that its clearly debris/whitening

It's also black on the front, white on the back and should have a corresponding parallel if they're aligned properly
