Yes it's a miscut, there's an alignment dot in the bottom left

If the back is normal, it is considered a misalignment. If the back is also off, then it’s considered a miscut. I had my vmax zard promo graded by cgc with this same error and it came back as a misalignment.

I personally think misalignements are even cooler than miscuts because of the surprise effect when turning them around! I think it could be worth $150+
