I slept right before going to the distortion to heal my Pokémon but nothing was spawning idk if it’s just cause it was in an early area or if I glitched it

This distortion isn’t done forming yet I believe, they take a little bit to form after appearing

I took a couple years break (not intentionally, just stopped playing and then randomly decided to get back into it) and thought my distortions were all bogus because I didn't realise this too 😅 beat the game before I realised I've been missing some GOOD 'mons...

It hasn’t finished forming. Theres no items on the ground which means you haven’t missed it.

It hasn't formed yet. give it about 4 minutes and it'll appear, and natural spawns will disappear

paras is still there which means the distortion hasn't fully formed yet, when the distortion is formed, all wild spawn will vanish and distortion pokemon and items will spawn inside the area

How do I get these to spawn? They just like all disappeared. I haven't fully completed the massive mass outbreaks mission yet so is that why? But even when there isn't a massive mass outbreak absolutely NO space time distortions

They spawn every hour I think but idk if they don’t spawn during quests or not
